When you have a problem with your boat or PWC not running or not running right, we know how important it is to you that the issue get resolved quickly and at a fair price. Our goal is to achieve just that and make sure you are satisfied with the service we provide.
To come out for a troubleshooting call the rates are:
South side of Lake Murray (Lexington side)
$75 Trip charge includes 30 min of troubleshooting time. If additional time is required to get to the root cause, the rate is charged at $45 per hour.
North side of Lake Murray (Irmo/Chapin side)
$100 Trip charge includes 30 min of troubleshooting time. If additional time is required to get to the root cause, the rate is charged at $45 per hour.
A detailed quote will then be provided to you (allowing time to research the parts, pricing & availability). At that point, it's your call based on the quote and information provided on how we proceed.
